Role in U-R-SAFE:
Alcatel, here under the leadership of Alcatel Space, ensures the technical Co-ordination of the project. The team is responsible for the provisionning of the end to end infrastructure, integrating the different telecommunication module coming from all the technical partners. It is as so responsible for the resulting quality and security issues.
Alcatel Space is also a module provider for what concern the satellite transmission means: from the satellite uplink, to the satellite receiver and the communication links.
At least, as a technical coordinator, Alcatel Space is responsable for the overall system validation, on a testing strategy and campains defined with its partners.
